At PopSips, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our policy below.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Because our products are consumable beverages, items cannot be sent back to us once an order has been placed.

Refunds

We do offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
